PAYMENT
- Payment via PayPal only
- No Refund after the commission is completed.
- If the artist is not able to complete the commission for whatever reasons then the client is allow to ask for full refund.
- If the client ask for refund when the commission is in mid-process (during rendering phase) then only 50% refund is allow.
- Monetary transaction will be done through artist's PayPal invoice. The client do not send any money before the artist send the invoice. once paid, the artist will start your COMMISSION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. If there's a transaction problem or platform mistakes then the artist must be update with the issue. The artist will not start work until the invoice has been paid. The invoice is send after the client approval the sketch and before the actual drawing process.
DELIVERY
- All commissions will be sent to you via a google drive link in a full resolution png. therefore THERE IS NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT.
CONTENT
- Artist will not create explicit NSFW/pornographic, inappropriate, or offensive works. Absolutely no furries, mechanics, gore, and requests that ask to copying another artist style.
PROCESS
- The artist will require some references from the client

RIGHTS USAGE
Artist rights
- The artist retain the copyright to display and distribute the commission both personal or commercial on their portfolio, in digital and/or print format and social medias.
- The artist have the right to decline an order without giving reasons.
Client Rights
- The client can post the commissioned art on any platforms, credit would be nice. You can use it as wallpaper or profile pic, banners or in thumbnails and in videos without paying commercial fee.
- Client cannot transfer or resell the work to another individual or on blockchain without asking for permission.
COMMERCIAL FEES
x3 the initial price - this is for the client to buy the extended commercial license for client to mass production of physical merchandises. The client will also obtain the total exclusive right of the commission.
